    Help! My friends vita is stuck in a boot loop after installing a plugin (More info in video footage)

    (Please watch the video as he explains the issue in more detail!) Now he just wants to get RID of that plugin, but he cant because his vita always boot-loops, BUT when he holds L and turns it on (it disables plugins) it does boot up, BUT its as if CFW has disappeared, there's no vitashell...
