new han

hello guys, is there a way to install the latest Han ToolBox 0.7 without resign it ? because Han tool was not required to be signed why should we do it now ? isn't debug enabler enough to install it because i believe it was .as i remember .i was installing Han toolBox 0.5 without resign it...
