    PS3 PS3 CECHA problem with PS2 upscaler on PAL games

    Hello, It seems that the issue is not as well known as I had originally assumed. Basically there are a number of PS2 PAL region games that freeze on black screen during boot on CECHA consoles unless ps2 upscaler is switched off in the settings. Maybe there is something in Cobra code that causes...
