Hello this is my first post and would like to ask if it's possible to dump all the rifs from any active user on SUPER SLIM OFW so that I can use them with Han removing my purchasing account from the system

I've been wondering if there's any way to install a .pkg to the super slim and boot up without a .rap or .rif. While looking, i found out that rifs just decrypt the eboot in the pkg, so would that make pkgs without a license file bootable since they usually come with a FIX.pkg and do they work...
