Hello, is there anyway to somehow enable transferring PS1 game from a PS3 to ps vita, there is some games that aren't in the ps vita store but is available if you transfer it to a ps vita or psp like: metal gear solid, Thanks

Hi folks, I am a newcomer to the gaming domain and have a brand new (legit) PS3. I am trying to transfer files from my laptop to the PS3 and I have hit a brickwall with the Package Insaller option which apparently is a must have to be able to do this. It just does not show up on the GAMES...
