I've been using Apollo Save Tool in conjunction with PS3TrophyIsGood for a while now and never had issues. However, I'm currently trying to sync a few trophies in the game "Worms 2: Armageddon," but they will not sync for whatever reason. Checklist: These trophies have not been synced before...

I was trying to edit some achievements for a game (NFS: The Run) and neither PS3TrophyisGood or Apollo shows me the Achievements tied to the DLC. When I go to the Trophy section on the XMB it shows 100% but when I go to the PSN Account section for the trophies is only shows 87%. What am I missing?
