So I'm trying to Hen my ps3 offline but in the Tutorial it says I need a webserver in which I need to put some files in. Can someone link some guide on how to do it? Because I have no idea on how to do it and also from how to acess it from other devices

My router is downstairs while my ps3 and stuff is upstairs which means I would have to run Ethernet cables on my stairs unless I literally drilled a hole in the wall (and I don't even own an Ethernet cable anyway) granted I could just use wifi but wifi is just straight up horrible on the ps3. So...
