@Coro I want to install HEN 3.0.2 for HFW 4.87.1
What differences exist between them?
Which of the 3 do I have to use to work correctly?
Thanks!

Doesn´t install HEN 3.0.2?
3.0.2 is not available for online install using AutoHEN anymore.

you can download THIS FILE to host that version yourself...but if you connect to the internet after installing 3.0.2, it wil auto-update to the latest version!

@Coro
Can this video help me as a guide? Something to modify? Another better video?
The programs used, should any be changed? Thanks!
it should help. i think it is for 4.85 so the installer may look different from the video.

there is also a guide in the first post of this thread that may also help.

I'm having trouble with my installing the p3t file ,,,can I use the online installer mean hen installer If I wanna use a CFW ,,,I'm new and confused

You really need to first read what's the difference between CFW and HEN:
PS3 - PS3 CFW vs PS3HEN (Comparing PS3 Exploits) | PSX-Place
Generally CFW is considered better but not all models support it (all phat models support it, slim models 20xx, 21xx and some 25xx support it, but slim 30xx and some slim 25xx, as well as all super-slims don't).
If your model supports CFW, installation is not a single click, but there's a nice video tutorial on youtube by MrMario, just follow it to the letter and you should be good.
If your model does not support CFW you'll need to go with HEN. Unfortunately HEN has not been updated to 4.90 just yet. It's in the works and it'll probably be released within a week or two. If you're still on 4.89 (or older) you can use HEN 4.89. If you've already updated to 4.90 you'll need to wait until HEN is available.

@lmn7 has released the 4.90 update. official hen is installed directly now (the problem of writing new files to flash was solved), so there is no pkg to install after reboot. the files needed for self-hosting are HERE. i will update the OP and hopefully get github sorted tomarrow. enjoy!

once again, thanks to lmn7 for all his recent work!

@Coro @esc0rtd3w i think its better to include an empty boot_plugins.txt in the mirror and tHe official release this time,

There a lot of people with problems with to the old webman caused by the lv2 offsets (a displacement of 0x10 as i can see).

@Mello_1993 made a video about 3.2.0 and more than 200 comments about freezes when installing hen, @Mello_1993 even provided an empty boot_plugins.txt but people always ignores all the steps.

Edit: the enabler of the website should not look for the boot_plugins.txt (this will always avoid plugins issues)

Edit 2: I just saw the new commit that will check first for /dev_flash/vsh/resource/explore/icon/hen_enable.png then if installed, load boot_plugin.txt but is it implemented yet? as i'm still seeing people with issues, the commit is 11hr ago and people still have this issue.

The reinstall option under development tools will not load the plugins as it deletes the hen_enable.png

we were discussing the issue last night. That commit is just on github. We can't just apply that update to 3.2.0 release.

I think for now I will upload to the server a p3t bin that does not check the boot plugins text files at all. This way the release files are not touched, but just the installer bin will not check them anymore, but once installed it will behave as normal.

I can test and upload tonight when I get home.

Edit: You kind of read my mind lol from discussion last night.
