BG Toolset - Main Site Plugin not appearing

Hi,
I'm trying to install PS3Xploit onto my ps3, but I'm stuck a the step where you go to the Main Site of the BG Toolset. Apparently a Plugin is meant to appear, but it isn't appearing on my end.
Any help would be appreciated!

Small update,
got the plugin to work but now when i try to access the Flash Memory Manager tab, i get "Access Denied".
Any suggestions?
