Can no longer sign into PSN while HEN is enabled all of a sudden?

So all of a sudden I got this problem, if I enable HEN while offline, all of a sudden I can't connect to PSN, it just throws up a 80028E01 error. BUT if I restart my console and sign into PSN I can sign in with no problems. But then if I go to enable HEN while signed into PSN then HEN gives me an error saying "Hen failed! Please restart your PS3 and try again!"

What's going on here? It was fine literally 10 minutes ago and now this is happening!

i think you have PS3 HEN v1 not last one
 
Do you have webman loaded? If so kindly put the file attached directly into dev_hdd0 and then you can sign in and also verify you are on the latest version of HEN. If HEN fails kindly try reinstalling the latest HEN, if that does not work either then rebuild database from recovery mode!

I do have webman loaded. I'll give this a try and report back to you.
