PS3HEN Error during the HEN installer step

Anyone gotten this to work recently? Mine has issues during the PS3xploit step. I use the new .me site and used the auto installer and the Alt and it does not work. The auto installer keeps giving a exploit initialization failed and the Alt downloads but when I click Remote play it seems to crash the software, the system seems to stay on. There is a Install HEN icon like there should but gives me a 80710A06 error when I try to download it. I know there were issues, not sure if they have been resolved as most threads are multi weeks/months old.
