Exploit Initiliazation failed???

Hey all, I am having a problem getting HEN to initialize .. I believe I have done everything correctly up to this point, I have been refeerncing the forums here, reddit and Mr. Mario's most recent tutorial on Youtube ..

Anybody have any idea's? maybe this a server issue?

enable hen right after booting ps3. do not install any "stores" (they break the enable hen icon).

the only time i ever expienced hen never enabling was a bad hard drive. it would install easily but never enable. you can try another drive (it will be formatted). just install hfw and hen and see if it enables. the old drive will work if you put it back in after testing (but do not update hfw while changing drives, only reinstall current used version).
