Getting HEN and package manager in new drive

I just got a new drive and I'm a bit confused on how to get the package manager.
So first I need to Update to the latest FW, then HFW and activate the account on PSN, after that install HAN to get the package manager, then proceed to install HEN, is this correct?

EDIT: Maybe I'm over complicating things, can I instead install HEN toolbox directly from the PS3 after I'm done installing HEN?

I was indeed over complicating things lol I just saw a tutorial on youtube and the manager comes with HEN apparently. Should've done my research better, I'll proceed with install and report back. Thanks anyway.

EDIT: All done without a problem, the exploit was in the console itself not the disc, I must be getting dumber lol
