PS3 Help buying game?

So I wanted to get fatal frame for the ps3, but cause I'm in the uk, I had to make an American account, and put a giftcard on that account. But when I went to get the game, it said I needed to add a card or PayPal account? I can't add a card, cause my card isnt American, and it won't let me add a PayPal account, does anyone have a solution? I definitely have enough on the online wallet, cause the game was $9.99, and the wallet says I have $10. Let me know if anyone knows any solutions

It maybe due to the game age rating, it'll use your card as an extra age verification step even though you already have the voucher credit in your wallet.
You might still be able to use a digital psn game code from somewhere like cdkeys or psdeals etc, idk.

they are most likely some sales tax as well. depends on the address you gave them.
