PS4 Help with PS4 and FBA

Hello everyone, thanks for allow me to join.
I wanted to ask for some help about a PS4 with FBA, when I installed I was able to open the application, I added rom files (fpa and sega games) in the respective folder, but it doesn't detect any of them, it happens on both folders.I'd appreciate your help.
Also if @joonbo can help it would be great. Thanks!
