Some of my games, Fatal Frame, Fatal Frame 2, Fatal Frame 3, needs empty config files according to the PS2 Classics Compatibility List.
I'm not 100% sure I know how to create one. I'm assuming that all I need to do is take an already encrypted config file from another game, deleted the text within the file, then rename it to the file to Fatal Frame.BIN.ENC.CONFIG. Is it that easy, or is there more to it?
