How to downgrade PS3 HEN?

I haven't seen this being discussed anywhere so I'll do a thread
I am using PS3 4.85 FW and by accident update to the latest new version of PS3 HEN (3.0.2) and since then I have noticed that it is very unstable compared to previous versions. I have tried looking for older versions of HEN but havent been able to find it anywhere (or at least from a trusted source). Can some one help me with my problem?

Reinstall HFW 4.85, then reinstall the version of HEN that you were using.

If you cannot reinstall from XMB, go to PS3 recovery menu and install HFW 4.85 from there. (Not OFW 4.85.... HFW!!!)

I tought it was enough to install just the pkg. guess it's wrong information
But how am I supposed to install the old version of HEN if using PS3Xploit is going to install the latest HEN version anyway? I don't have the old HEN files

If you had the old HEN package you could just enable HEN and install it via package manager.
