PS3 Mod 3 accidently updated , Need help to restore back

The Mod Ps3 i got..got updated with ofw and Im so lost as to where to begin to restore it back. Was told to update the fw on evilnat . Was told So many different steps , not sure where to begin. Any thoughts appreciated.
