PS3 Need help modding ps3 that was updated to 4.93 prior to modding attempt!!

Need help modding ps3 that was updated to 4.93 prior to modding attempt. The main issue I'm having is that the browser only says "update browser" although even with a go around i have online im having no luck with the ps3toolset.com part of the setup. Is there anything I can do to get this thing modded? (pls be nice and simple as this is my first time modding anything, all help and tips greatly appreciated!!) Thank you!!
