PS3 New Improved JIG for COK-001 COK-002 In the making

MAn like 5 years ago i trashed all my jig from China and Also a few i had made with MIC 6 aluminium anyways i got me a China one same issue not flat holes will work if you replace the M4 post around the preimeter and leave m4 is center...

Anyways i been working on a design i printed in carbon fiber looks good of to the waterjet see what end result is here :)

What you all been doing for board support???

Yer the one you can buy right now from China needs improvement, like screw holes for spacers does not always align and needs user adjustment. Waiting for the finish of your product on the market. Good luck.

JIG Revison 2 in production moving to 3 next batch adding 2 more posts on the open post hole left side of board.

Im afraid to even post on the form LOL i get banned every time sorry guys no update cause for some reason i was banned for 30 days...??? Anyways i finished the JIG already in the production and in use works great, Im actually on revision 2 and you can find these if ya look around a bit search "iKon Rework JIG" personally afraid to post anything not that i really contribute anything here at all....

Done already 7 unit all done and fixed a few others have used these and reports great success i mean a jig is part of the process it defintly helps but i can do the process with no jig at all and get a success all about skill been reworking for 30 years before many people even new what a BGA was LOL

You might want to view this in youtube there is some quality info in the description about contact and ways to obtain this JIG again no selling on this form but i have no idea how to provide a link to platform to purchase so jsut do you best to look search in google or youtube description section for information
