PS3HEN Problem installing HEN

Anyone know why HEN never installs? I tried through safe mode and xmb. Through XMB the file just corrupts and in safe mode it says there are no usable files available. LMK if someone has a fix for this
 
It is impossible to install HEN through safe mode because it requires web browser to initialize and execute.
However you can install Hybryd Firmware (HFW) through safe mode, but that is a different thing.

To install Hybrid Firmware (4.92.1) download it from here:

Check its (PS3UPDAT.PUP) md5sum: D9E8FB1AC0303C514656A0AF48BCD3E7.
If it compares copy this file into "PS3\UPDATE\PS3UPDAT.PUP" on the USB device.
Your USB device has to have FAT32 with Master Boot Record (MBR) not GUID Partition Table (GPT).
When you plug in the USB device it should be shown in XMB (under music and\or in video).
Try to install firmware: Settings -> System update -> USB.
If you cannot install HFW through XMB try to do it through safe mode.
