PS2 PS2RD not showing up

Hello,

I am kinda limited to PS2RD since I'm running Free Mcboot from HDD, so Codebreaker and Cheat Device don't seem to work with everything on my HDD.

However, when I enable PS2RD and start the game I don't get the option to select the cheats I want. Have I missed something?
