Very new to this. 2 questions
1.If I follow HEN guide for 4.86 what are the chances of bricking it? The main thing I want to make sure it works always is Netflixapp. Im very scared what if ps3 slimline 4.86 bricks
2. I have got a few game backups on FAT32 usb will they all work?
You cannot brick a console with HEN running PS3 games or PSN games/apps alone. It is basically impossible, although I don't like using this word, so let's say at least that it's completely unheard of.
You can only potentially brick if you use HEN to run a homebrew that modifies system or CoreOS files in such a way that only a CFW console can load them.
Even then, depending on which files were modified & the console model, a brick may be only partial & recoverable from, having said that, you should never take the risk!
There are very few such homebrews out there, CCAPI is one of them.
As long as you are being careful with the homebrews you run on HEN, you don't need to worry about bricking.
HEN won't be a problem to run Netflix, it is a PSN app like any other.
As to game backups stored on USB, a decent backup manager homebrew like multiman, Managunz, webman etc.. will mount them for you, if the game backups are good/valid, they should all work just fine.
