Well tell me what you did, because I installed it the right way. :/

install package and run installer on xmb, after HEN is enabled

hold L for Full or X for lite, both seem to work fine.

on reboot, you enable HEN to see Webman folders populate. if they do not show up the first time, you must reboot one more time to refresh.

you always have to enable HEN each time console is rebooted to utilize its functionality

Download the new update from the official website
put HEN_v2_Offline_Installer_HDD_signed On a flash disk Enable han_flash_mount
The last update shows the black screen issue you just tried
