Hi, I bought an old PS4 Pro which has a blue flashing light. No ouput, when turn on flashing blue light and off, no fan. When I tried to connect to UART pin and only see "..." output on the console. Is there any way to repair it?

Update:
With help of @vyktormvmpay25 pointing me to the right direction. I found out that there are two UART ports on the console https://jaicrab.org/?&a=Ps4/Tools/UART.

Update with more info. I removed my NOR Flash to enable UART using BwE Validator. It's what outputs on UART now

still Blue Light of Death. Please help!

So you are getting this on UART port, now what you get with Jaicrab.v2 running on cmd as Jaicrabv2. exe \\.\comX cmd
Then errlog 1

No it won't show on UART port that AGESA message, but you still can use Jaicrab.v2 on mediacom port
Here is an output

Now only command that work is "version".
I can only suggest reball and if you still get blod, try reflow rams. Have you tried any reflow/reball?

Version works
cmd>version
version:06
OK 00000000 E1E 0003 0012 0000 11E5:B7
I reflowed RAM, APU and SIE. Hesitate to do reball APU. I cleared out errorlog clear and no errlog now. Can it be a damaged HDMI IC MN864729?

I tried to force shutdown PS4 and printed error log again

No isn't hdmi, reflow APU for me don't sound good, reflow small ic as rams work if they seem to be bended (more pressure was on centre. It seems APU responsed and changed locations of errors. Not sure if you change hdmi wold work, seen boards that didn't work for reflow APU but worked for reball . Try first to change hdmi ic. If you can check errors after that would be really helpful collecting data from ps4.
@sandungas @M4j0r do this errors come up and look similar to 3000 area of BE errors?

I will report back. Thanks for your excellent help!

I personally did not tested yet at least to obtain any syscon dump from any ps4. Not sure what to say, take small easy action to find faults, just think about hdmi ic and reball Apu if does not work after hdmi ic exchange.
In my opinion if you can't find his issue is APU. Just keep in mind that after reball at least you should get blod state and quite same errors on mediacom.

I just want to do extra check while waiting for hdmi ic and apu stencil to arrive. Thanks for a hint!

@vyktormvmpay25 I got HDMI IC today and replacing HDMI IC didn't help. By measuring capacitor in RED region, resistance is about 0.9Ohm, is the APU gone? Capacitors in BLUE region is about 6.0Ohm.
Should I reball the APU or buy a new one?

6 ohms is quite low. It could happen to work on reball not sure. A new one how would you pair with rest of the board. You need his syscon ic, nor, blu-ray ic în order to work, basically another motherboard.
I see in China they sell only APU. How to remarry it with another motherboard isn't revealed. Now I have one APU for one phat model without his paired parts. Didn't test to see if after reball that patch of BWE will handle this. Can't say without testing myself. Have a good friend that tested with another APU but can't say if he tried that patch.
He still got blod, porting back APU was fine (had this test with first few ps4 in 2015 and did not test since. It's kindly worst thing we can do much for ps4 and what is coming after. Is a market situation.

I already ordered APU from here https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?sp...LvqTRm&id=613945746053&ns=1&abbucket=4#detail and willingness to test it. I will try whatever I can before giving up :D
