Bugfix/Enhancement of current PS3 ACT/IDPS dumper 3.0.1
The PS3 HAN ACT/IDPS Dumper from PS3Xploit Tools v3.0.1 fails completely, when the executing PS3 user hasn't activated the PS3 console and therefore "act.dat" is missing.
Expected result:
Use case:
The IDPS dumper is important for people that do not want to modify a console with HAN/HEN/CFW.
"idps.hex" enables them to decrypt PS3 backups from the console to access its files, e.g. PS3 backups of a broken/sold console.
Just for being paranoid using a PS3 dummy user it recommended.

P.S.:
The PS3 IDPS Dumper v2.0.1 from PS3Xploit Tools v2.0.1 still works, but the v3 HAN Dumper is much more convenient (no need to determine the flash memory type of the console).
The PS3 HAN ACT/IDPS Dumper from PS3Xploit Tools v3.0.1 fails completely, when the executing PS3 user hasn't activated the PS3 console and therefore "act.dat" is missing.
Expected result:
- The dumper should always extract "idps.hex" as it is user-independent.
- The dumper should extract "act.dat" if it is available for the user (=user has activated the console).
Test Case Preparations:
- PS3 console with OFW/HFW for web browser exploit
- PS3 normal user with PSN account, that has activated the console for him.
- PS3 dummy user without any PSN account, so the console is not activated for him.
A normal user with PSN account, that has the console *deactivated* or *not yet activated* for him, would do too.
- For each test user set the "home"/start page of the Internet Browser to blank and add a bookmark for the dumper page.
IDPS/ACT Dumper tests:
- Reboot before each test
- Start the Internet Browser and go directly to the dumper page via its bookmark.
- With the PS3 normal user the dumper should extract "idps.hex" and "act.act".
- With the PS3 dummy user the dumper should only extract "idps.hex".
Current situation:
- The dumper fails completely with the PS3 dummy user. No "idps.hex" written also user-independent.
- Playing around the with Javascript (although not ) showed that "idps.hex" can be extracted with the dummy user.
- Why was the idps file renamed from "idps.bin" to "idps.hex"?
Different Ideas of Solutions:
- Two buttons to execute extraction for "idps.hex" and "act.act" separately.
- Then also add "psid.bin" extraction from PETT to the IDPS dumper.
- Always extract "idps.hex" before "act.act". This way the first extract should always succeed and the second extract may fail ---> page becomes IDPS/ACT dumper

- Separate exploit pages for "idps.hex" and "act.act".
- Then also add "psid.bin" extraction from PETT to the IDPS dumper.
