PS4 Troubleshooting PS2 on PS4 emu

I joined to troubleshoot and contribute to the PS2 emulator configuration on PS4 thread.

Vika23 uploaded a video of Silent Hill 2 running well, but when I used their configs I encounter some strange artifacts, so my question pertains to to that specifically.
