It compiles to an elf? I tried to download zip from phone and it wasn't working. Can you upload to mediafire?

I just saw people having trouble with the homebrew launcher, which lead me to this.

mind you, I build everything I upload or mention. I can't say if it will be better, but it's usually newer. let me know if you have problems. the pkg seems to be part of the github, just not the elf/bin. I don't have a hacked ps5 to help if something is wrong. however, it does seem self-explanatory for the most part.
