PS2 wLaunchELF black screen

I am using a chipped PS2 (PAL 500xx model) with GameStar network adaptor, and a 500GB SATA hard drive. For some reason I was able to install the FDHB via USB but I am not able to run the wLaunchELF. It only gives me a black screen.

What should I do to fix this?

Tried. Like i managed to format the HDD properly and all but it is still giving me a black screen

Actually, no program can open except fot the PS2 system aplications

It sounds like a modchip compatibility issue.
Additionally try other FMCB\FHDB version.
E.g. v1.953 or 1.965.
