yeah my other ps5 is psn activated it has you know the options button. this one i got it so its new so its psn activated. i didn't try to copy the saves, i read the steps and i read that if psn is not activated going to ask you sign in when you try to do this. so i guess not going to work..
I think you can restore a backup of a PS5 with an "activated account". This page is mostly towards PS4 but it mentions this as a workaround https://consolemods.org/wiki/PS4:Lua_Loader
