I threw in the SSD and it works, now the only funky thing is getting my copy of GTAV to copy to the HDD. But whatever. Thanks for all your help guys.

If I put in a new drive would I then load OFW > Hybrid > PS3Xploit > CFW or since the NAND already has been exploited could I just load up the CFW. Also which Caps are the are usually the culprit. A note about the repaste, games are def working now, but the system is not dramatically cooler...
