There is a lot of tools to resign edats. You could use my tool ESSSE Resigner v4.5.4 or Aldotools ps3tools_4.8.1.

Yes...add to BLUSxxxxxx. Just make sure the dlcs edat files are fixed or they will not work.

Yes. Also you don't even need to use your backup. With ps3xport you can create a new backup to use.

I don't understand why this is the only NPDRM Eboot that needs a Klic to extract it and not the RAP. Every other Eboot I only used the RAP to Extract. Very strange.

I didn't Bruteforce the Eboot at all. All I did was right click the Eboot selected SELF tools and Extract elf and it worked. You wanted to know why it worked so I looked at PS3tools an in the scetool folder there is a "eboot_fix.bat". That is what PS3tools uses to extract the Eboot. I opened it...

I couldn't get scetool to extract the file either but somehow PS3tools could. So I looked though some of the PS3tools files and found this "scetool.exe -l B8498B3492E822F7D2390862568B03C7 -v -d "EBOOT.BIN" "EBOOT.elf" which is what worked.

Its a FREE Type Eboot. You just extract the Eboot.elf and change EnablePSN=true to EnablePSN=false. *EDIT It's EnablePSN= not PSNAccess=
