Update: Hi guys, My brother sent me his 500 gb external drive, as soon as I received I immediately checked if it's on ntfs and it was. I placed every single thing that I worked on the new 500 gb external ntfs hard drive but the ps3 is not even detecting it. Do I have to do something separately...

The external hard drive has about 85 GB remaining, whereas the internal has around 111GB remaining on it.

I have tried mana gunz, irisman as well as multiman to transfer the iso file but it's not letting me. Is there something I'm doing wrong? The external hard drive appears to be working just fine when I play the last of us off of it. Not sure why it's doing this. Any other method I can try...
