    Points look the same, TX RX have resistors but solder to the same points as the super slims. I'm going to test KTE-001 next

    Thread title does not say anything about this being old. You have to give it a shot and if it works let us know. A list of working drives would be a good way to start for the community.

    This is old news and not all HDD can be formatted MBR passed 2tb. If they are then yeah they will work on ps3 and wii and older 360 methods. USB only of course.

    Dump the nor before anything and you can always go back to where your at. So it doesnt hurt to try to patch and flash nor like I stated b4.

    Since the per console data seems to be lost you might be hosed. I would give it a shot either way. Patch the Nor and flash it and give it a shot.

    PS3 Slim CECH2501B - Tried Evilnat 4.89 CFW OC PEX and working smooth. @Evilnat Thank You! Tested a seagate 5TB exfat with managunz 1.4x and its a no go. All thats left would be huge ubs drives either ntfs and or exfat. Only some WD drives work.

    I use progskeets and have 3 of them and have a spare teensy just in case. Its pretty tough to find progskeets nowadays. Nand I use progskeet + nand clips Nors I use progskeet direct wires

    There's a few ways 1. Use a cloned BGToolset - I've done about 5 and 1 was nand and all worked perfect 2. e3 flasher for nors - I use progskeet for all models nand or nor 3. Nand flasher for nands I have both flashers so if I get a brick I can fix it with flashers If any of you need testing...
