Which new files?

At the moment I'm making two seperate pkgs for each discs. It works ok for devil may cry 2. Other games I'm hoping that the save file would be present in the ps4 memory so when you boot disc 2 pkg you can load your game and resume? Other then that I recall there is a command in the config.txt...
