Thank you for answer, i guessed that irisman relies on webman mod for that ('net games (via webman)' is very explicit) but at least in my case it doesnt reads the XML and always shows the list empty. Webman mod is running in the background, well it just starts once i enable HEN and the net games...

You have to install HFW 4.86 and then HEN from **ps3xploit.com >Domain no Longer owned by team** (ps3xploit.me =new) using the console browser. There are a lot of guides and video tutorials out there, is very easy to do. Your console model is NOT compatible with CFW, dont try to install it because you will brick it.

i was thinking about it but the case is that the download speed of the same PSN link performs very different on PS3 and PC so it cant be a cap on $ony's servers. maybe its capped in the firmware?

Glad it worked, ISO format is best way for backups, only few ones may run better in folder format. Ghostbusters is one that needs to be in folder format and be launched directly from multiman, if not the game doesnt sees the save file

i can play it without any problem but i have it in ISO format, i guess that you have pes 2018 in folder format so i recommend you to convert it to ISO using multiman or irisman or with ps3 iso tools v2.2 on pc. if you installed some patch like potato or another one the game stays on black screen...

i think that this is not possible because a part of the firmware is stored internally and if you update your ps3 with ofw and swap your hdd with a cfw installed in it your ps3 will ask for ofw and viceversa

i would say that probably reinstalling webman mod would fix it but i cant be 100% sure

so bluray drive doesnt works and probably BT too, i think that you are in an update loop. the ps3 cant apply an update it finds that some hardware componente doesnt works. its a very common issue but i dunno how to fix it, maybe somebody here can help you but seems that you will need to repair...
