This firmware is broken as F%$# every time i close a app or game the console turns off 4.90 was 100% if i knew this shit was so broken i would've never updated

You are replying to an old firmware that is meant to be used with PS3HEN.

You say 4.90 was 100%, which doesn't make sense, because 4.89 is older than that.

You do know this firmware is just OFW, right?

If you meant to reply to the 4.91 HFW, the same thing applies.

Do some research before complaining about something and looking uninformed.
