PS2 JLOJCH: Official List of Games Compatible with OPL, HDL, USB, ESR, PCSX2 by Tapia 4.72

I've updated JLojch PC to a new version, 3.72. The update is optional, so you can continue using version 4.60 if you don't need access to the new list, although I recommend updating to get the latest changes and fixes.

- New list added to MX4SIO Offline Mode
- Improved: Size of the offline mode configuration dialog
- Fixed: Typos and interface text.
- Improved: Translations into English, French, and German.
- Updated help images and help text to include the new MX4SIO OPL list.
- Fixed: The dialog for adding a PCSX2 game was not displaying completely.
