Update PNACH pattern search to avoid ignoring pnach instructions wich are not 'patch=1'
adapt convertion to the new PCSX2 cheat sintax:
'author=' becomes '// author:'
'gsaspectratio=' will be stripped away of converter cheats
lines starting with opening bracket '[' will be commented
'description=' and 'comment=' strings will be replaced with a comment ('//') preserving the actual comment/description. but making PS2RD ignore it
