The "conf_apps maker" Little Brother!
This simple batch file will create a title.cfg for every .ELF file in that directory.
Both the ELF file and the title.cfg will be placed into a sub-folder with the same name as the ELF file (minus the extension of course)
In order for the apps to be listed in the opl apps menu you need to move the folders (or execute the file) inside the APPS folder of your OPL directory
Also keep in mind that the title.cfg only works for opl beta 1277 or newer

3) the program managed to create folders or move some elf files before closing?
