an app similar to the one for the PS3. Seems to be quiet helpful for RetroARCH users having issues detecting cores. Also really great for memcardswap when stuck on read only as well as Vita Blacklister to fix issues with file permissions. Had hoped it could help me with a issue I had but the card is dead now. Anyhow no one has posted this anywhere so I figured it needed to be here.
