PS2 [Windows] Open PS2 Loader Updater v1.0.2

Open PS2 Loader (OPL) never allowed you to update itself inside the program.

Everyday there's a new build of OPL available on their official GitHub fixing and adding new stuff. I decided to make a program that will update your OPL installation on your PS2. All you need to do is run the program and start the FTP Server on your PS2.

It all takes about a minute!

Changelog:

• Added: 7-Zip is no longer needed for daily builds. These are now available to download as a simple .ELF file which means the process will be slightly faster now.
• Changed: Changed updates domain.
• Fixed: Reverted some of changed related to the date when you last updated. It will still show you the date but will not calculate how many days have passed. It was crashing for some users.
