usb not working

Hi! Just modded my ps3 recently with HEN I have done this before but years ago so I did it again as I had found a pretty good condition ps3. There is a problem when downloading PKG files though. When I go to Package Manager > Install > Package Direct/Standard I get an error every time...

Overall, I somehow updated my PS3, now, I want to jailbreak it by following tutorials, but, I can't seem to use my USB stick on it. I did a format to FAT32, and still nothing. My usb slots work fine, connected chargers and they work, tried external HDD it doesn't show up, but light works on it...

I am on a ps3 super slim 4.87 first time ever installing HFW and I'm getting this message when trying to update Im using a sandisk 3.2 gen 1 formatted as FAT32 and neither port work Is there anything obvious that I'm missing? I would appreciate any help

I have a USB stick of 4GB in Fat32, but when updating the firmware it does not recognize it, neither does the ps3 recognize other files like music, videos, pkg, han files. Help ...

I am trying to reinstall OFW 4.84, so I can reinstall HEN 2.1.1, but it isn't recognizing that there are any usb drives connected, nor any of the files on them. Things I Have Done: -Formatted 16GB to FAT32, and repartitioned it, testing all 4 options, no luck -Tried 64GB and 4TB hard drives...

After installing HAN on my PS3 the furthest right USB port (dev_usb000) stopped working. There's no data nor voltage going through the port. I checked the USB port fuses on the motherboard and they're ok. Could this be a software issue due to a bad installation of HAN or due to a bad execution...
