Hey guys

So I wanted to see if there is a way to repair this series of PS3 Super-Slim consoles, where data corruption/NAND memory getting bricked is somehow a common issue?
I've been searching many threads for this problem, particularly for the Wii U console, but I just couldn't find an answer for my PS3.

I would really appreciate your help.

@Dariush Aghaee If you have full and fine eMMC backup (16GiB), then I dunno (in assumption, you would try swap chips: faulty to fine). But it is possible that eMMC in these models have some data parring in hidden eMMC areas, not exposed just like that by controller and then whole plan will fail. Yet, this is my speculation.

You cannot use however dump from another console on yours without changing Cell and SysCon.

So first scenario is rather unusual (who could have such dump from before chips die?). For the second one, money invest not worth the effort + disk will must be formatted.

Mine is working right now, no problem yet. Have installed an SSD on SATA to reduce the chance but there is still a probability you know. So I was thinking maybe a backup could save it in a future failure but looks like things are more complicated than I expected.
Out of curiosity, has anyone ever attempted this before? Installing a larger eMMC on a working device for example. Or replacing it with a better part.
