PS3 4.81.1 REBUG REX / D-REX + COBRA v7.31 (w/ Rebug Toolbox v02.02.11)

I just wanted to comment that I had an issue after updating where if I had the webman fan setting on 'SYSCON' and pressed select+start for the temp display my PS3 would freeze and I had to force it to shut down by holding the power button. Joonie helped me out by suggesting to update webman to 1.45.05 and after updating the issue seems to be fixed. Thanks again Joonie.

My PS3 is on Rebug 4.80, but last night I'm trying to Install rebug 4.81 over on xmb,
but the system said "error occured during Copy Opreation".

Did you get the pup from rebug.me?
Are you using the right pup?
REX for CEX mode or D-REX for DEX mode?
If your system is in DEX mode, installing the REX pup will fail. Check with System Information in the Rebug Toolbox.
If yes, have you checked your pup with a md5 checker?

1: Yes
2: it's CEX
3: md5 hash verified, it 's correct
 
I updated to the new 4.81 rex rebug
My webman is in Russian, mute to english and still in russian

WebMAN-MOD applies the language it detects by analysing the language settings in XRegistry.
Precisely "/setting/system/language". You can use Xreg editor to check that value yourself.

Russian is 0x7 & English US is 0x1.

Have you checked your XMB system language & region settings?
Not sure why you cannot force the language with wMM.
Check the Debug settings too like fake region...
If it's not already enabled, use the Rebug Toolbox to enable the Debug menu...

multiMAN hasn't been updated for 4.81.

It still works because the LV2 memory offsets of 4.75, 4.76, 4.78 and 4.81 CEX are identical, except for a few bytes and the timestamp that is used by the managers to identify the version.
