the eboot.bin is like the main executable. if you're having issues, I can't help that much, because I don't have a cfw/hen system. I can only test in rpcs3, which isn't ideal really if you want to know what happens on actual hardware.

Multiman or RPCS3 is the same only you can launching game direct files - exe. When comes to me I have to retroarch or convert that play in xbm.

no idea, unfortunately. I got a different error in rpcs3. emulators are not a very reliable way to know if something works on hardware as hardware is usually more restrictive.
