PS3 About the kwd cfw2ofw tool

I recently used the kwd tool to convert a game to ofw ... I'm only getting one folder the npu.... one... I was reading the kwd thread I think it says we get two folders.. is it correct or we only get one folder ??

I already have hen installed... I just want to install a few cfw2ofw games so I don't have to enable hen before I play them games because I always forget to enable it.... any solution mate ??

Sorry, I'm not using it. Mounting disc images is the way providing 100% compatibility. Any other solutions doesn't.
