Activate and deactivate PSN Account tools

Hello Guys

I'm developing an open source software for activate and deactivate Account PSN, I'm having some problems and did not find solution in wikdev. My doubts regarding the passed parameters

Above is the script I am using, only passing loginid, password, consoleid, platform, acttype. It is working well, but I can not deactivate console PS3, It seems that the IDPS sent is not the same. You need to encrypt the IDPS? or something like that?
