PS3 Add back the "Restore CFW syscalls in System Update" option to the XAI plugin.

It's enabled by default, it was removed from Cobra due to LV2 size limitations.

It's pointless to use an old xai version because the opcode is in the cobra payload and got removed.

I reinstalled an older 4.92 CFW that had the option and it worked.

Yeap. 4.92.1 still have the opcode

Cobra is still able to restore the CFW syscalls by entering to System Update menu in the latest CFW firmware.

What was removed from XAI menu was the option to disable this feature.
