PS3 Any possibility I can get this copy of bo2 to backup?

Hi everyone reading!
I have an issue with this disc of black ops 2 I bought about 2 years ago in Texas when I was travelling with family. I cannot get this game to copy 100%, wondering what are my legal options (other than buying another disc). you can see beside the ESRB logo the scratch.
